    CONFERENCE CHANGES

    officereserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason officehas to cancel a track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. officewill make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

    CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

    CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

    Cancellations made in writing prior to March 25, 2012 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $10.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after March 25, 2012 are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after March 25, 2012 are 100% non-refundable. Entire registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time without penalty.

    INVOICES

    Invoices are prepared for group registrations only. These are initiated by the group contact at your company at the onset of registering those attending. If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed. If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at 905-948-0470 ext.2228 for further information. If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing. Payment is made by credit card.
